an open time basis should you wish to play

RULES
AND REGULATIONS
1. All players must be members.
2. Group captains will be responsible for collection
of all court fees.
3. All court reservations require a $100 per hour deposit.
4. Court deposits are not refundable.
5. Fees must be paid before entering court.
6. Allocation of courts will be at the discretion of
the management.
7. Smoking is not permitted in the club, and no food
or uncovered beverage containers are allowed on the courts.
8. Outside teaching pros are not allowed to teach in
this facility.
9. The EBRC assumes no responsibilities for injuries,
accidents, or loss of personal property. All members
and guests hereby specifically waive any claims for damages
arising from their use of the Club facilities.
10. The EBRC reserves the right to cancel any membership
for any cause deemed appropriate by sole discretion of
the management. This includes but is not limited to the
failure to comply with EBRC policy.
