CONTRACT
COURT
POLICY
1.All
players
must
be
members.
2.
Group
captain
is
responsible
for
collection
of
all
payments.
To
reserve
a
current
contract
court,
a
$100
deposit,
list
of
all
players
and
membership
fees
for
each
player
must
be
received
by
April
1,
2004.
To
reserve
a
new
contract
court,
deposit
is
due
immediately
upon
contract
booking.
(Deposits
are
non-refundable
unless
time
slot
is
filled
with
another
group.)
3.
All
contract
courts
must
be
paid
in
full
by
November
1,
2004.
GENERAL
CLUB
POLICY
1.
Fees
for
open
court
time,
lessons,
clinics,
tournaments
and
any
other
programs
must
be
paid
before
entering
the
court.
2.
Allocation
of
courts
will
be
at
the
discretion
of
the
management.
3.
Proper
tennis
attire
is
required
on
courts
at
all
time.
4.
Smoking
is
not
permitted
in
the
club,
and
no
food
or
beverages
are
allowed
on
the
courts.
5.
Only
EBRC
pro
staff,
Rutgers
teams,
a
parent
with
a
child
or
an
individual
practicing
serves
may
enter
the
court
with
a
hopper
of
balls.
All
others
are
required
to
use
no
more
than
six
(6)
balls.
6.
All
players
on
court
must
be
Junior
or
Senior
players
to
receive
special
rates.
7.
The
EBRC
reserves
the
right
to
cancel
any
membership
for
any
cause
deemed
appropriate
by
sole
discretion
of
the
management.
This
includes
but
is
not
limited
to
the
failure
to
comply
with
EBRC
policy.
In
such
a
case,
a
prorated
refund
would
be
given.
8.
The
EBRC
assumes
no
responsibility
for
injuries,
accidents,
or
loss
of
personal
property.
All
member
and
guests
hereby
specifically
waive
any
claims
for
damages
arising
from
their
use
of
the
club
facilities.
