GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP IS CONTAGIOUS
TENNIS FOR TOTS (AGES 3-5)
Designed as an introduction to the game, and to develop
hand-eye
co-ordination, reflexes and proper movement. (1/2
hr./week)
PEE WEE TENNIS (AGES 6-8)
Combination of beginner to novice tennis instruction.
The focus is on the development of basic ground-strokes
and volleys. (1 hr./week)
BEGINNERS/ADVANCED BEGINNERS
Students are introduced to the proper basics of tennis,
grips, body positioning, stroke components and correct
footwork. The emphasis is on contact points and proper
timing. (1 hr./week)
INTERMEDIATES
The focus is on the development of strokes, understanding
competition and physical conditioning through extensive
clinics designed to intensify as the student’s
game progresses. (1½ hrs./week)
ADVANCED/TOURNAMENT TRAINING A/B
The specific focus is on advanced strokes, various
spins, footwork drills and increased fitness and
conditioning. The students can expect an intense
clinic which will test their skills and improve
their overall strategy and tactical knowledge of
the game. (2 hrs./week)
