SEASON AND OPEN TIME RATES

TIME AND RATE SCHEDULE

Length of Season

A full thirty-four weeks of play beginning Monday, September 10, 2012 and ending Sunday, May 19, 2013.  Thanksgiving Day, November 22^nd and the period from Saturday, December 22, 2012 - Friday, January 4, 2013 are not part of this thirty-four week season. However, these times are available to you on an open time basis should you wish to play during these holiday periods.  Make-up day for Thanksgiving day will be May 23, 2013

Early Bird Club

6-9am Monday through Friday

Early Bird Guest Fee is $15

Rules and Regulations

1. Group captains will be responsible for collection of all court fees.
2. All court reservations require a $200 per hour deposit.
3. COURT DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
4. All fees must be paid in full by January 15th.
5. Allocation of courts will be at the discretion of the management.
6. Smoking is not permitted in the club, and no food or uncovered beverage containers are allowed on the courts.
7. The EBRC assumes no responsibilities for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property. All members and guests hereby specifically waive any claims for damages arising from their use of the club facilities.
8. Open court time can be booked no more than one week in advance.

For Early Birds- 15% discount

12 – 4pm contract times — $740 for the season
12 – 4pm open times — $24/hourweekdays only
