East Brunswick Racquet Club clinics are weekly group lessons for all ages and skill levels. We offer tennis clinics throughout the year, split up into four sessions per year. EBRC clinics run on a 6:1 player to coach ratio.
Players are allowed up to two (2) make ups per season. You must call ahead 24 hours in advance to let us know you will not be attending class. Make ups are not guaranteed if programs are at capacity (6 players per class/court - no exceptions). Once make ups are scheduled, if the player is unable to attend their makeup session, the class CANNOT be rescheduled.
In order to register, clinics must be paid for in full. If not paid, player will not be registered. All card transactions are subject to a 3.25% processing fee.
ebrc refund policy
There will be NO credits for weekly clinics unless a doctor's note is provided. No exceptions.
If a player wishes to withdraw from a clinic session due to a medical issue and receive a credit, they must inform EBRC as soon as possible and provide us with a doctor's note. Once EBRC receives a doctor's note, the player will receive credit for the missed classes from the date the note is received until the advised return date.
Make up classes are NOT guaranteed. If classes are at capacity (6 players per class/court) and EBRC is unable to schedule make up classes for players, they are NOT eligible for a credit No exceptions.
