Originally from Toronto, Canada, Greg was a nationally ranked junior and a member of the All-Canadian Tennis Academy at York University in Toronto. He attended Henderson University in Arkansas on a full tennis scholarship where he graduated with a degree in Journalism.

In 1990, Greg began his coaching career at the renowned Port Washington Tennis Academy in Long Island as a Senior High-Performance Coach.

In 1995 he was recruited by the USTA National Tennis Center as their Head Tennis Professional in Flushing Meadows, NY.

During his time at the USTA National Tennis Center, Greg also was the Head Men’s Coach at St. John’s University from 1999-2003.

From 2003-2012, Greg was the Director of Academy Operations at the ISA Academy in San Diego, California. At ISA, he had the opportunity to coach and travel internationally with some of the top juniors and collegiate players on the West Coast and in Mexico.

In 2012, Greg and his family moved back to NYC where he accepted the position as Director of High-Performance Tennis at the Centercourt Academy in Chatham, New Jersey.

Greg was recruited in 2017 by the John McEnroe Tennis Academy on Randall’s Island as their Assistant Academy Director and Director of Tournament Team Travel. During this period, Greg was primarily involved with the JMTA Full-Time Academy players, High Performance programming and coached and travelled with some of the top USTA National and ITF players from around the Tri State area.

In 2022, Greg accepted the role of Director of Tennis at Centercourt-Florham Park. His responsibilities ranged from staffing and scheduling to creating all teaching curriculums and tennis pathways.

Most recently Greg was recruited by the Genesis Corporation to be their Director of Player Development and Head Tennis Professional at the Atlantic Club in Manasquan, New Jersey. In this role, Greg was directly responsible for all junior development from Red Ball through High Performance junior tennis at the facility.

 Greg is a dedicated sports professional and community leader with a lifelong passion for tennis. As Director of EBRC, he oversees the club’s operations, programming, and long-term development, fostering an inclusive and high-quality environment for players of all ages and skill levels.

With over 20 years of experience in tennis—as a player, coach, and administrator. Greg brings a deep understanding of the sport both on and off the court. He has worked extensively in coaching development, junior programs, and competitive training, helping players reach their full potential while promoting sportsmanship and enjoyment of the game.

He played college tennis at Marywood University with Managing Partner Todd Doran and lead their team to four straight CSAC Championships and 4 NCAA Tournaments.

Born and raised in  Germany into a dedicated tennis family, Kevin's passion for the sport is  rooted in a lifetime of experience, including competitive junior play  and learning directly from his father, a professional coach.

Kevin brings over 20 years of coaching experience and  30-years as a player to the club. Kevin is both PTR and PTA certified.  After graduating from Rutgers University, Kevin made the decision to  channel his lifelong commitment into a full-time professional career,  coaching all levels and ages across various locations and successfully  developing players for junior, high school and college competition.

As the new Junior Director, Kevin is driven by a  profound personal mission. As a proud father of two, he is committed to  creating an environment at East Brunswick where every participant can  thrive both on and off the court. Kevin will be launching new, dynamic  programs aimed at helping players grow to become the best person they  can be while excelling in the game. Kevin continues to regularly play  and compete, underscoring his belief that tennis is more than just a  sport—it is a vehicle for personal growth and success.

Avetik is a highly experienced tennis coach with over 30 years of international coaching experience across Europe and South America. He has held key coaching roles in renowned tennis institutions, including the Tennis Club Augustea in Rome, Italy (2003–2004), the Moscow Tennis Academy in Russia (2009–2010), and most recently, in Buenos Aires, Argentina (2017–2024).

An ITF Level 2 Certified Coach, Avetik specializes in developing competitive players, adults and young talent. He has worked with several ITF-ranked athletes, including those ranked in the Top 500 globally. A former Top 10 junior player in Armenia during the 1980s, he brings deep technical knowledge, strategic insight, and a record of guiding players at all levels to reach their highest potential.

Maryna  Zhytska is a former tennis player from Ukraine. She competed in ITF  professional tournaments, had WTA doubles ranking, was a part of the  juniors regional team of Ukraine. 

Maryna  grew up in a professional tennis family and is passionate about this  sport. With over 10 years experience she worked with absolute beginners  to advanced tennis players. Maryna was a hitting partner and assistant  coach to leading juniors players in Ukraine. 

Certified  by PTR and ITF, Maryna is helping athletes reach their full potential,  develop sportsmanship and mental strength both on and off the court.

Phillipe Freydin is a dedicated Teaching Professional who has been teaching since 2021. Known for his engaging coaching style, Phillipe has developed a strong reputation for connecting with players of all ages and skill levels. He specializes in breaking down techniques while creating a supportive, and enjoyable environment where players can improve while having fun.

Phillipe's coaching philosophy focuses on building a solid foundation of technical skills and fostering a passion for the game. He tailors lessons to each player's needs, whether improving footwork, refining strokes, or developing match strategy. His patient, motivational approach makes him an ideal coach for players looking to advance their skills and deepen their love for tennis.

Adrian has a Master’s Degree in Physical Education and Sports. June 1991-Bucharest, Romania with specialization in Tennis. He played in the Romanian Collegiate Tennis Division 1 from 1992 to 1994 he coached Qadsia Sporting Club in Kuwait, helping the top players in the country prepare for Qatar Open . Since 1996 he worked for Tom Cuming at Brunswick Hills Racquet Club teaching private and group lessons and coached many nationally ranked players: One of these players included Lauren Barnikow who was ranked #3 in the country and a Finalist at the Junior Australian Open in Doubles (Jan 2000).

   Larry is certified by the PTR and has a degree of “Master of Tennis” in Junior Development as well as a certification in Adult Development at the Professional Level. He was the primary coach for numerous players who played college tennis and one player currently playing on the pro tour. While he enjoys teaching all ages, he has a strong background and commitment to working with 10 and under players. He believes there’s great potential in all players and seeks to motivate them to be the best they can be both on and off the court.  Larry also serves on the USTA Eastern Board of Directors.

   Guillermo started playing tennis at a very young age in his home city of Buenos Aires, Argentina. By the age of 12, he was ranked #1 in his division and soon tennis become his life. He was a former ranked professional tennis player representing Argentina in the Junior Davis Cup. He achieved victories over players such as Marcelo Filipini (former #30 world ranking), Jaime Izaga (former #18), and Sergio Cortes (former #114). He also played against Thomas Muster (#1 ATP), Franco Davin (#30 ATP), and Horacio de la Peña (#31 ATP). He earned a full tennis scholarship in the United States, but ended up returning back to his home country due to family circumstances, going on to pursue a career as a paddle tennis player, reaching #6 in the world. PTR Certified.

Faustino aka “Mikko” played singles/captained high school varsity and made it to individual & team states all four years. During his junior years, Mikko was a nationally ranked player. He has coached for BWTA, Tiger Tennis Academy, Centercourt Academy and West Caldwell Racquet Club. Mikko carries a PTR certification. Coinciding with his passion for tennis, Mikko maintains a fitness-oriented lifestyle, honing cardio dynamics including other team sports.
