open court time and contract courts

Open court time can be reserved up to one (1) week in advance. If the court is cancelled within less than 24 hours of the booking, or if the player fails to show, they will be charged for the court time at the full rate. All card transactions are subject to a 3.25% processing fee.

Contract courts will run from September 4, 2025, to June 25, 2026. Contracts are 40 or 41 weeks, depending on the day of the week. There will be no contract court sessions on Thanksgiving and during Winter break, from December 23, 2025, to January 1, 2026. Seasonal court holders are allowed two (2) make-up dates (Winter break not included). Contract court holders must provide at least 24 hours' notice of cancellation in order to be eligible for make-up time.
